Terms of Service

GymOrigin gym-management app · Effective 22 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the GymOrigin application (com.gymorigin.app), operated by Dilip Kumar (sole proprietor) ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

GymOrigin is a tool for gym owners and their staff to manage members, plans, memberships, payments, and attendance. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to enter your members' details.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and any staff accounts you invite.
• You must be legally able to run a business to use GymOrigin commercially.

3. Subscription & payment

• New gyms get a 30-day free trial. After that, continued use requires a paid plan (currently ₹99 / month, ₹249 / quarter, ₹449 / half-year, ₹799 / year — prices may change, but your price is locked while your subscription stays active).
• Payment is made manually via UPI as arranged over WhatsApp; access is activated after payment is confirmed.
• Fees are for access to the software and are, unless required by law, non-refundable for partial periods.
• If a subscription lapses, access may be paused until renewal; your data is retained during a reasonable grace period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to store data you have no right to store.
• Attempt to breach security, access other gyms' data, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or sublicense the app without our written permission.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We store and process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export member data (CSV) and delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.

6. Availability & "as is"

We work to keep GymOrigin available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own records where required.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment, giving reasonable notice where practical.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law & contact
